Where are you located?
We are a mobile veterinary practice with no physical location. We come to our patients' homes. We are just one phone call away 786-516-4731.
What are your days and hours of operation?
We are open from 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday. The first appointment is at 10:30 AM – The latest appointment is at 5 PM.
Do you treat emergencies?
Currently, we do not provide emergency services. Call us at 786-516-4731 to determine if your pet requires urgent emergency care, and we will provide a recommendation.
What services do you offer at home?
We offer a wide range of medical services in the comfort of your home, stress-free for your pet and you. Some of our services are pet physical exams, vaccines, microchip placement, laboratories, travel certificates, and more.
Do I need an appointment to have my pet seen?
We would prefer if you scheduled an appointment to have your pet seen by the vet. It would allow us to serve your pet’s medical needs better. Same-day appointment is possible with My Vet At Home membership. Call us to learn more.
Can I cancel my pet’s appointment at any time?
Yes. You may cancel your pet’s appointment at any time. If you need to cancel or reschedule for a second time, a booking fee of $75 will apply and will be non-refundable.
How long would it take for the vet visit?
Each appointment time varies based on the service provided, the number of pets, the pets’ needs, etc. On average, a vet visit for one pet may take between 30 min to 1.5 hrs.
If my pet gets sick, can she/he be treated at home?
Absolutely. Multiple medical conditions not requiring hospitalization or surgical intervention can be treated at home to give your pet the highest quality care in a stress-free environment. Call Us at 786-516-4731 to better help your pet.
How much will it cost to have my pet seen at home?
We provide convenient, stress-free, tailored home visits. Depending on your location, a fixed fee for traveling to your home plus one pet physical exam varies from $150 to $175. An exam fee of $75 will apply to each additional pet being seen at the visit. The total cost of the visit will change depending on the services required and discussed with you and your Vet.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We welcome all primary credit and debit cards. Unfortunately, currently, we do not accept Care Credit.
When do I need to pay for my pet’s appointment?
Payment will be required at the time of service.
Do you accept pet insurance?
We work with you and with the pet insurance of your preference. We will provide you with the required information to submit to your pet insurance for possible reimbursement.
Do you offer payment plans?
