Our team is committed to providing support and comfort during this difficult time, ensuring that your pet receives the care and respect they deserve.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your pet’s appointment at any time. If you cancel seven days in advance, the $25 or $35 of the booking fee will be refunded. If you cancel your pet’s appointment six days or less before the visit, the booking fee will not be refundable. $150 is a flat fee that includes Traveling to your home plus one pet physical exam. The booking fee of $25 will be applied as a credit on the day of the visit. The final cost may vary depending on additional medical services/treatments/ diagnostics/Rx medicines.
